Orders and personalization

How do I place an order on the website?
Choose the set you need, add it to the cart, and leave your contact details. After checkout, we will contact you to confirm the details, especially if the order includes engraving or custom requests.
Can I add personal engraving?
Yes. Many products can be engraved with a name, date, short message, logo, or custom text. The final look and placement are confirmed before production.
Can you create a set for a specific occasion?
Yes. We help choose a set for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, corporate gift, professional holiday, or a gift for military personnel, colleagues, friends, or loved ones.
Can the set composition be changed?
In many cases, yes. The composition depends on the specific product: the number of glasses, wine glasses, shot glasses, decanter, box, and decorative elements.

Payment and shipping

What payment methods are available?
Standard payment methods are shown during checkout. For individual or corporate orders, details can be agreed separately.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 1–3 business days. The exact time depends on the complexity of the set, personalization, and current production workload.
How does shipping work?
We carefully pack glass products and hand the order over to a delivery service. Delivery time depends on the recipient’s city and the carrier’s workload.
Can I send the gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. You can enter the recipient’s address during checkout. If needed, the gift can be sent without unnecessary details so it looks ready to present.

Exchanges, returns and guarantees

What should I do if the product is damaged during delivery?
Inspect the parcel when receiving it. If there is damage, record it at the carrier’s branch and contact us — we will help resolve the situation.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns and exchanges are available according to the store terms and Ukrainian law. Personalized products with custom engraving may have separate return conditions.
What if there is a mistake in the engraving?
If the mistake was made on our side, we will help fix the situation. If the text was approved by the customer, changes after production may require separate agreement.
Is the order checked before shipping?
Yes. Before shipping, we check the set composition, appearance, and packaging so the gift arrives in a presentable condition.

The sets are based on quality glass products: tumblers, wine glasses, shot glasses, decanters, and other elements. Decorative inserts, themed details, and gift presentation depend on the specific set.
Can the products be washed in a dishwasher?
To preserve the appearance, decorative elements, and engraving, we recommend gentle hand washing without harsh abrasive products.
Are the sets suitable for everyday use?
Yes, most products can be used as intended. At the same time, VSKLO sets are designed as gift products, so careful use is recommended.
How do I choose a set if I do not know what to give?
Focus on the occasion, the person’s style, and the gift format. For a universal option, choose sets with glasses or glasses with a decanter in gift-ready packaging.
